- MV-S series is an antibacterial stainless steel handle version of MV knife series. It is the highest grade stainless steel knife, which is made of Masahiro's original stainless steel (MBS-26) with superior durability of sharpness and strong resistance to rust.
- The non-slip handle is an ideal design also for durability. It can prevent deterioration of the handle due to chemical disinfection.

Use & Care
- Wash it well after each use and dry it thoroughly before storing.
- If there is rust on the edge of the blade, please remove it by sharpening the blade with a whetstone.
- Do not rub the edge of the blade with any cleansers that contain a polishing agent. Please carefully note that it will make the blade lose sharpness and the edge becomes dull.
- Dishwasher safe.
