How to Use
Before First Use
- Wash with a soft sponge and dish soap.
- Add a green tea bag and 16.9 fl oz (500ml) of water to the pot and heat over low without lid for 10 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and cool it down.
- Discard the tea bag and water.
- Pour 16.9 fl oz (500ml) of water in the pot and bring to a boil over low heat without lid. Once boiled, discard the water.
- Repeat the #5 process 2-3 times
Care
- Wash with a soft sponge. Do not use detergent, cleanser, or steel sponge to wash it as this may cause rust. Just rinse the inside with water. Dry out the inside of the pot before storing it.
- Use when you put the teapot with the boiling water on the table. Without a mat, this may cause the tabletop to get burnt due to the heat of the pot.
